SHIPPING OPTIONS

Michellebeverlyhills.com orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays), depending on product availability.

STANDARD SERVICE

Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.

Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

Orders being sent to Canada are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please expect delivery within 14-20 business days from ship date. An additional charge of $5.00 will be added for each shipment to Canada. Please note: All orders shipped to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange. Your order has been packed and inspected carefully. Please check the contents of this package immediately against items marked on the packing slip. Michellebeverlyhills.com offers a complete refund within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be in original, unused condition. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Please accompany your return with a copy of your website receipt, and explanation of why you are returning it and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States) from the time the exchange is received.

An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 310-652-0504.
